Overview
Sailthru is a cross-channel marketing platform built to deliver personalized experiences to consumers across email, mobile, and web. After years of neglect, the business was starting to suffer the consequences of an underperforming website. That’s where Frank Collective stepped in. As Lead UX Strategist and Designer, my role consisted of co-leading content workshops, conducting all research including interviews and user testing, presenting inights and anaylsis to stakeholders, crafting site architecture, user journeys, user interface design and complete set of wireframes to guide visual design and content production. During the project I worked closely with the chief creative officer, account director and brand designer.
Outcome
By leveraging the power of data-driven design, we overhauled Sailthru’s digital presence to provide a strategic framework for years to come. Some of the key results included increasing qualified sales leads and subsequently driving revenue growth. By anchoring user journeys to research-backed insights, we created a marketing website that could fully support business and user goals. In turn, morale within the Sailthru team soared as well.
The site was recognized with awards including CSSDA Best UI Design, CSSDA Best UX Design, and an Awwwards Site of the Day Honorable Mention.

The Challenge
The Sailthru website was in desperate need of a revamp. Years of patchwork updates had left it disconnected and difficult to use, so we had to get back to basics: understand our users, streamline the design, and tell a cohesive story. Our goal was clear: create a sleek, engaging site that drives conversions.
The Solution
To tackle these challenges, I led a focused, strategic process from initial workshops to finalized UI and wireframes. User journeys, meticulously developed from comprehensive research insights, shaped the site's structure and navigation. We kept stakeholders in the loop every step of the way, fostering consensus and smooth collaboration.
